Our Exclusive Six-Step Rug Cleaning Process:
1. Inspection
Each rug is carefully hand-inspected for tears, holes, dye fade, abrasions and pet contamination. Plus we test all dye colors for stability prior to cleaning.
2. Rug Badger
This exclusive process removes all of the embedded particles before cleaning. Each rug is then thoroughly vacuumed front and back prior to cleaning.
3. Washing
We operate one of North Carolinas only full submersion rug cleaning plants. Each rug is individually hand cleaned with Woolsafe approved shampoo recommended by Wools of New Zealand.
4. Rinse and Dry
All excess moisture is extracted and a rinse is applied to return the rug fibers to their natural state. We then speed dry, using controlled drying for your rug, in our state of the art drying facility using heat, air movement and dehumidification. This environment is controlled to make sure each and every rug is completely dry before final inspection.
5. Fringe Cleaning
All rug fringe is hand detailed using specialized techniques and detergents.
6. Final Inspection
Each rug is again inspected to make sure that its thoroughly clean and completely dry. It is then rolled and placed in protective packaging before being returned.

Repels spills, protects against soils, helps extend the life of rugs, protects your investment, it is safe around pets and family. We recommend that Teflon® Advanced be applied after every cleaning.
2. MasterBlend Moth Protector
MasterBlend Repel Wool Fiber Protector, is a powder protectant that is diluted and sprayed on wool and designed to prevent infestation and inhibit disintegration.
3. Deodorizer
Removes odors such as pet stains that normal cleaning can’t.
